Three-minutes walk from Regnbågsdalen you find a small lake with a sandy beach, playground and barbecue area. A walk on the trail around the lake, is a scenic experience and you can see the church of Ingatorp, reflect its peculiar steeples in the still water. The church was 1997 elected as Sweden's most beautiful church. Here you also find the oldest wooden building in Sweden, Tiondeboden, built in the early 13th century.

Just behind the church you can see the top of Valbacken. A small café is in the summertime open in the red house on the top. From Valbackens Toppstuga you have a stunning view over the countryside. Don´t miss to visit this beautiful place, often called ”The pride of Ingatorp”.

The Highland trail passes here on its way down to Ingatorp and a lot of tired hikers has taken a rest at Regnbågsdalen Café & Guesthouse.

An agricultural museum with an unique collection of semi-diesel engines, a church museum and a gigantic second hand store market is maybe also of interest for you.
